Before founding Troy Salerno Electric Inc., which operates as Tennessee Solar, Troy Salerno began his career in the electrical field in 1999. With over two decades of continuous growth in electrical construction, Troy has honed his skills in troubleshooting and installations. His commitment to quality and integrity laid the foundation for his company. Troy's extensive hands-on experience and broad expertise in electrical systems have been crucial to the development of his business.

Troy's proficiency encompasses a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and solar electrical maintenance, repair, and installations. In his current roles, he manages estimating, project management, and field operations. Before relocating to Tennessee and becoming a licensed Electrical Contractor, Troy was a Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the Midwest and a member of the local IBEW Electrical Union.

Today, Troy, alongside his wife Tara, the CEO of the company, continue to expand, with a focus on building trust, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring safety, and fostering strong relationships with contractors and clients.
