I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. By clicking on "Submit", I agree by electric signature to authorize Troy Salerno Electric Inc. dba Tennessee Solar to Direct Deposit my check payment and/or initiate, if necessary, debit entries and adjustments for any credit entries made in error to my account(s).

PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason your bank account(s) should change or be closed, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify the Payroll Office at Admin@TN.energy.

Direct Deposit General Information:

  1. Direct Deposit will begin immediately.

  2. This authorization is to remain in force until the HR Department has received written authorization from me of its termination or change.
